I would love you banking better if when you transfer to your credit card it posted right away. The 3 day wait is horrible!!!!!

She’s absolutely amazing! And helped me get all my accounts on my phone so I can pay them and make deposits without coming into the branch. She was patient and made sure I understood everything before I left. She is truly the best and should be recognized.

App is terrible, I thought MSUFCU was bad, this is worse.
High end iPhone needed for app.
I’m sad I can’t use this app. I have an iOS 8 + that worked up to until this last up date. Requiring iOS 18.4 leaves me out.

Communication
Non existent. What happened? This platform use to be reliable. They use to get back with you in a timely manor. Out of state and can’t get any help on app glitch. It’s happening on my mobile deposit and my sisters in Michigan yet nothing.

I’ve always had great success with the online banking. Anytime I’ve messaged somebody they’ve gotten back to me almost right away and if there’s ever any fraudulent or suspicious activity, I’m contacted immediately. We’re very happy with LAFCU!
