Mobile Deposit Never Works

I can never use the mobile deposit function and that’s mostly what I need the app for. Screen just turns black whenever I try to use it and the app freezes until I force quit.

Easy to use

Easy to use, intuitive, nice mobile layout. The only quirk is using Zelle; QR codes don’t connect properly and the overall interface is wonky.

Great Bank

It’s been a year or two with LAFCU, I appreciate how I get gifts from holidays and I enjoyed no paying my loans for the holidays, I definitely felt relaxed knowing that I had the choice to no do so for just a month. Thank you so much for your service.

zelle does not work on this app. I try to send money and it’s been crashing. Needs a fix.

Format of account info on app

I don’t know what happened to the format for checking account information on the app (haven’t checked the savings account). Overnight it changed to a wider format which doesn’t show the account balance after each transaction. Also to see the amount withdrawn from each transaction you have to click on the line for said transaction to see how much was withdrawn. Not user friendly at all.

App use

The app is usually a very high quality way of banking-on-the-go. However, in the last two weeks I have been unable to gain account access via the app. I’ve called the C.U. and I was told that they saw no issues. There were no updates pending. Please follow up on your end and let’s get this situation resolved. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
