Nothing happens
Sometimes I’ll be in the app and I’ll click on my saved cars and they’ll come up and then I’ll just keep clicking and clicking and clicking and clicking and clicking and clicking and clicking and clicking and clicking pushing and touching and pushing and touching and nothing happens.
Doesn’t work
Awful app, tried on my phone and my wife’s, couldn’t get it to load on either

Downloaded the app to pay for parking in Laguna Beach and was able to create an account, but then I tried adding a vehicle to it in the app and it just showed me an error message. I then tried paying for a meter and it worked.
But it actually showed me two instances of the same transaction now! I checked my bank account, and it only charged me once, thank god. And when I clicked on one of the two instances it displayed my license plate number that I added earlier, but had shown me an error for…okaay?
Later tried to extend my meter via the app, but it just show me an error message, which made this app quite useless.
The meters themselves actually don’t reflect any transactions you do with the app, which just shows me that the city of Laguna Beach doesn’t have it together and can’t figure out how to transition into the 21st-century with technology. LA figured it out, so why can’t Laguna Beach do it?
I’m giving the app one star because I was only able to pay for my parking, and because the amount of error messages and the inability to extend your parking is just flat out idiotic.

Still got a ticket
Paid through the app immediately after parking, got the charge on my card, and STILL got a ticket 30 minutes later. Takes your money instantly but fails to protect you from getting ticketed. Totally unreliable system and a complete waste of time having to contest it.
Insanely bad
Charged ne $6 for parking then gave me 0 minutes…tried it again, charged me $6 and same thing. App and Laguna themselves have been zero help.
Worst parking app
I have about 10 different parking apps on my phone. This one does not allow you to add time. Also if you are parked and move to a new location it still sees the old parking and does not let you park until the old one expires. Unfortunately this is the app the city has so you are stuck if you want to visit Laguna Beach

This is the worst parking app I’ve experienced. Must be the city’s corruption and scheme to steal money from residents and visitors by making it impossible to pay for parking and issuing citations.
Times out never works
This app is terrible. Times out, even tried to bypass the app and it takes you to I’m assuming the developer page to try and just manually do a web version and it still times out and doesn’t work. How is that even possible in 2026 for an area that most people already complaining about regarding parking? Why wouldn’t you just use one of the major parking app services to handle such a high traffic area? Please do better

Horrible app
This is the worst app that I have ever used. I would rather have my car get hit by an asteroid than use this app. It does not work, and it’s horrible. The development team should feel shame for their creation.

Trying to pay then 2.50 for an hour of parking and have been sitting in my car for 30 minutes trying to even get to a point where the app shows anything other than my account info. The app also takes like 5 minutes to load. It would’ve been faster for me to go to a store and get quarters
Cannot login
After the account activation, you cannot login at all. Very bad experience.

Simply Awful
PAY AT THE METER! DO NOT USE THIS APP. Could be the worst app I have ever used. We had to try multiple email accounts & multiple cards before it worked. Paid for the max and still harassed by the parking goons. I. wasn’t sure it was possible to dislike Laguna Beach more than I did. But to my surprise, I actually can. Just the worst.

Impossible to use this . So frustrating. You pay very expensive for the parking in Laguna and you even can use the app
Don’t use this app!
I properly used this app (have the receipt) and got a $75 ticket anyway. Now I’ve had to file an appeal. The meters don’t reflect that you’ve paid.
Trash
This app is total trash. Nothing works fine. You can't save the credit card info. Half the text is covered so you can't see what it says. Settings (push notifications) won't save. Kicks user out very frequently...
Horrible
The app kicked me out and won’t accept my password. When I try to reset my password, it says that it sent a code to my email, but nothing is sent. I don’t understand how in 2025 you can’t build a simple parking app that works.
Worst App Ever
This application will not tell you where you are in order to get a parking permit. It looks like this is a scam perpetrated by the authorities.
