Can’t enter parking info

I entered my car information and my payment information but could not enter the parking information. App just opens up to a map of Africa, and there is no place to enter an address is space number. I had to find a different parking facility that doesn’t use this stupid app

Huge App Glitch Car Towed

I downloaded this app today when prompted with a QR code. I signed up and I got a notice that my payment was accepted. I then went into the hotel I was working a wedding at and when I packed up to leave my car was towed. The manager of the hotel I worked at said this was a frequent problem since the lot switched to this app system. I had to pay $452 due to this glitch. I hope to get some compensation.
