No longer records all data
This app worked perfectly in Jan 2020, and now, after iOS updates no longer records anything but weight. Very disappointing.
Not consistent
Seemed to work ok but not really user friendly- now with an IOS update it stalls out and doesn’t finish taking all the readings. Waste of money- I wish I could take the scale back and buy something more user friendly/ less glitchy.

Worst app and scale ever
The scale itself only shows the weight in pounds. The only way I can see it in kilograms is connecting the scale to this app. The app is HORRIBLE. It took a while to connect with my phone (Iphone se), and give you no status of what is going on. All the rest of the measures are not there (body fat, muscle, water , etc) . Many icons are just an image, and I have no idea what are they for. They tried to make it look good, but didn’t understand what the customer needs are. I am returning the scale and uninstalling the app.

Will not read right
The scale works fine but when connected to my phone says I’m 186.5lbs when the scale reads 109.5lbs. There are no settings to ensure the device is connected right or a rest button.

Poor product
App and scale only exchange weight. Nothing else!! The reason I bought this was to have all the information. Do not buy this scale and app!!!!
Only body weight shown
The app doesn’t let me see anything except for body weight. This completely negates the reason I bought the scale.
Used to be great
Used to be great but recently every time I click the data button the app crashes. So now no way to see my past data.
With regrets
I rarely write app reviews - but this app is a real frustration and sadly deserves a 1 star review. It keeps shutting down, doesn’t connect well or synchronise timely. I regret buying their Laica product (scale), and would advise any potential buyer to consider twice before buying a laica scale that goes with this app

Crashes when looking at data (aka history)
Bought the Laica scale hoping to get more information when I weigh. The app crashes whenever you try to see your history (the data tab). Looks like they have not updated their app in 2 years. Not acceptable. Do not buy their scale until this issue is fixed.

Not completely functional
It was working perfectly at the very beginning. As my IOS was updated the app stopped giving me my BMI and all the other readings. At the moment I find it completely useless.

Great app. Works well. It loses stars though as it really should integrate with the iOS Health app.
