Phenomenal Service
Customer service is top notch. Representatives are responsive to my needs and always give excellent service. Keep up the good work.
App is robust
From the app randomly crashing when I try to transfer funds, to my account randomly locking be out of my banking app, which has happened NUMEROUS times, a major inconvenience.. then to have to call to re unlock my account during the next business hours.. The answer I’ve always been given is it was a “ system glitch if it happens again just call us back and we’ll open the account again “ — that’s not fixing the issue..
I’ve had far less issues working ALL of my other banking apps, this is the one I always question if it’s going to work the first time or not..

Rotate?
The new app has been in place for awhile now and it still does not rotate (iPad version) and only operates in portrait orientation. Please bring back the rotate capability so we can operate in landscape orientation!
Review
I have always been pleased with your high level of costumer service and financial advice.
Annoying
App is way less user friendly than it used to be. Should not have to authenticate every time and click through credit score screens.
