Every week you need to update this garbage. Credit union banks are absolutely ghetto.

I’ve hadn’t had any extreme issues that the union couldn’t fix! My etran has always worked and recently just improved as they don’t take forever for others to receive!

Fix your damn app! Every week it seems, I have to delete and reinstall. Then I have to type in my card number every time to get back in. And set up my facial recognition, EVERYTIME. Next time I’m switching banks. It’s been going on long enough.
Crappy app
Every 3-4 wks I have to delete & reinstall the app. Quits working & just comes up with contact branch. Very useless banking system when I work away from home for month at a time
