Login problems
This app requires a 12 character password as opposed to an 8 character one used by most apps in the world. This makes it next to impossible to remember your password causing you to reset your password every time you use the app. On an Apple phone, Face ID should work to solve this problem.
Terrible Start
I just downloaded the app and it won’t let you even create an account using the Sign in with Apple option. Had to reinstall this app before creating my account manually. Let’s hope the Chargers actually work better than the programmers they are using.
Avoid. It adds to a wallet balance without notice
Creates a wallet balance after charging. Awful dark UX. Avoid unless you are using these chargers a lot (doubtful for most people)
App doesn’t work well
I am trying to use this app and it stalls out constantly. I have a very strong signal so that is not it. The really fast charger in Huntsville is not charging fast at all today and apparently I can’t find out why. It’s getting frustrating especially since it’s $30.00 an hour and going less than half speed it usually does.
