Cannot access my results.
Won’t load patient results and says patient is not available. Unacceptable.
WORST app EVER!!!
Whenever I click on my results the app continues to just close. I can never access my stuff, if your app has bugs then please fix it, there’s no point in making an app available for the public to access their results if it doesn’t work 🤷♀️
This isn’t even the first time this is happening, since y’all released the app it’s been happening. Then I gotta call the lab and request an email, FIX IT!!!!

Very poor app
If I were Lancet I would be ashamed of providing such a bad app. The app doesn’t work and just crashes when trying to retrieve results. If you try support you just hold and hold…. Very poor
Load of rubbish
This app is a load of crap. You download and then cannot authenticate to log in. I have downloaded, deleted, retried, reset the password multiple times. I really cannot understand how you release this to the public!!!! Totally pathetic!!
Impossible to Register
To register, it asks for my ID or MRI# but doesn’t explain what those are or how to find them. Strange app!!!!!
