Great App!
The price of the subscription is more than your average subscription but the features are amazing! It’s great for property management world wide as it has all currency. The reports and bill trackers really shows you how well you’re managing. I love the client portals and I love the automated reminders via email. Wish it could be sent via what’sapp as well. Over all I love this app and I will be keeping the subscription. It’s really helped me managed everything in one place. Get the app you wouldn’t regret it !

Great app for managing everything a Landlord needs to do!
I have found using Landlord Studio really easy and efficient to use. Would highly recommend transitioning from your existing spreadsheets, you won’t regret it!

Great app run by great team
We’ve been using this app for our properties for over two years now and love it. Whenever we have an issue, Charles and Louise respond almost immediately and have remedied our concerns. The website and app are really easy to use, and is a one stop shop for all rent and maintenance requests. The team is super open to feedback and are always improving the site based off of user input. Love the app, love the team, it’s a great experience overall!!!!

System
The system is easy to use and generates reports in real time. However, the response time from live chat is not as quick as I expected. I also can’t find their company address or contact number in the app or anywhere else. I’m still wondering how I will receive the receipt needed to pay their monthly fee to HMRC. This is important, and I hope they can provide the information I need.

Excellent app
The app is excellent and makes my life so much easier with managing property.
Missing few features
It is non sense that I can’t select previous months to adjust payments. This is definitely a deal breaker for me and I might not renew my membership.

Application still needs approvement
This rating could have been 3 stars but Some of their agents need retraining in areas like soft skills and customers request handling. One of their agent Charles just kept repeating that he can’t , he can’t and he can’t instead of focusing his efforts reading my messages, analyzing them and answering my questions.
Aldo their modules aren’t in sync; even though, they claim that the tenants payments would show in the bank feeds within 48 hours (which is unacceptable to start with ) the reality is that it takes up to 4 or 5 days for the said payment to reflect n their application after they have been cleared in my BoA account.
The issue here is that the tenants LandlordStudio profile would start generating late fees and past due email even though the payment in fact been made.

Get this app!
This app is awesome for screening tenants, listing your properties, keeping up with expenses etc, but the biggest value is their customer service. I’m able to chat with a human and the response time is outstanding!

A great web dashboard and equally great mobile app. Makes managing a property portfolio so much easier.
One feature lacking is that it really requires the option to split profits between landlords of individual properties in specified percentage shares. They tell me this is in the roadmap so hopefully soon. But for any Landlord looking for a tool in order to comply with the upcoming MTD regulations this is worth looking at.

Great to use, even with the free version. I can do most things on the free version, I’ve been using it for about 1.5 years. Will be upgrading from the free version soon
Missing few features
Some features that could be very helpful : Upload attachments, texting tenants option, keeping records of sent emails, mortgage and insurance data information entry.
Good app, still not flawless
I’d like to make a strong suggestion about the format of the schedule payment in the tenant app. The button you press to schedule the payment for future dates , should not say “pay now,” it gives the impression it’s coming out immediately to most of my tenants and they are too scared to schedule payments and refuse to use autopay.
The button should read “schedule” or even just simply “pay”
No need to reply. But I think my tenants would schedule more payments but most haven’t gotten past that “pay now” button over the fear of it coming out immediately.
I know you can cancel those too, but they don’t know that. Plus, tenants need more support on your end. Like I get on this chat. The app is very basic.
Lastly, had a tenant not shown me the app, I would have no idea what they can see , tenant view for landlords would be cool feature.

Landlord Studio has helped automate and improve the entire process of listing, screening, tenant management, and rent collection. So far, so good. I’m very impressed for the price.
