It’s a great app and at a very good price . I read all the reviews off different app’s available in market and they charge monthly. When I ask them questions they said our app won’t support ur business. Which is multiple properties.

A little confusing
In many ways the app is straightforward. However, the way to edit/add expenses is a bit confusing. Things get overwritten instead of added.

I tried five different ones This I paid the money to add multiple properties and I now always know who pays when and can send receipts immediately I’ve evicted two deadbeat tenants and now am on top of all rent coming in daily and easily

If the tenant pays a month ahead, the app will not let you mark it . paid a month ahead, which is really bad it used to can you guys
Best App with AWESOME Support
This is by far the best experience I have ever had with an App. Not only is the product fairly priced and the perfect organizer for a landlord, but support is second to none. This app constantly has updates that are useful and improve performance. My accountant loves the reports that are generated come tax time. I actually track short term rentals in it as well. Although it is was not originally designed for this purpose, it does work with a few minor tweaks.
This is an A plus no brainer, 10/10 app. Don’t hesitate to purchase.
