This app is amazing
I tried five different ones This I paid the money to add multiple properties and I now always know who pays when and can send receipts immediately I’ve evicted two deadbeat tenants and now am on top of all rent coming in daily and easily

If the tenant pays a month ahead, the app will not let you mark it . paid a month ahead, which is really bad it used to can you guys

This is by far the best experience I have ever had with an App. Not only is the product fairly priced and the perfect organizer for a landlord, but support is second to none. This app constantly has updates that are useful and improve performance. My accountant loves the reports that are generated come tax time. I actually track short term rentals in it as well. Although it is was not originally designed for this purpose, it does work with a few minor tweaks.
This is an A plus no brainer, 10/10 app. Don’t hesitate to purchase.

Highly Recommended
I’ve been using this app for a few years now and have found it to be very intuitive and easy to use. It has proven to be immensely helpful and in my opinion has most of the features a landlord or property manager could wish for. The developer keeps it updated and new features are constantly being added which is a huge plus.
The only downside that I’ve come across is that the currency format applies across all properties regardless of location.
***It would be more helpful if there was an option to apply currency selection individually to properties if located in different countries.***

I love this App! I have not had any problems what so ever since starting using.

Great app for people who have multiple units. It’s got all the features I need to manage everything. Wish I had found this app sooner.
Poor value for money
A useful and handy app, albeit missing some features that I hope will be added soon. I’d like to be able to upgrade some features that only landlords with many properties can use, but without having to pay for the full upgrade, eg automatic invoices that is not included in mini, but only if you double the cost for the upgrade... And if you try to be proactive and simply add all rent invoices for the month, your accounts will now show the tenant in the red rather then only owing the invoices to date.
It would be handy if I could add an expense and then separate that into what I owe and what the tenant owes. Ie, a water bill here will be paid by me, but I will charge the usage part to the tenants. The app requires you to separately invoice the tenant as another rent invoice.
In saying all of the above, the app does help me keep all of my invoices and accounts together and relatively easily managed for tax time. I’d love if the taxable and non taxable expenses were separated in the report to make tax time simple.

Practical and efficient
I have been using this app for my 14 rental properties for about five years. It is so user friendly and for a one-time purchase it is a bargain. I recently emailed for technical help and received a personal response the same day! I always recommend to my property manager friends!

Really great app, missing some key features:
- No ability to track tenant complaints for legal purposes
- Missing move in/move out tracking with picture/video logging of each room
- Reminders for annual inspections of units is not trackable right now Otherwise amazing
- Templates for “Pay Rent or Quit” notices and other day to day legal documents doesn’t exist.

It’s good but…
It doesn’t really have good templates fitted under the new tenancy law of South Australia, as the wording needs to be very carefully chosen, would be nice if you could have some compliant templates for different jurisdictions, as a pad premium feature if it helps
