Stuck on circulating image after getting crystal. Can’t move to next game. Have to delete game and start over.

The game has no sound at all it use to have sound But now it doesn't I went to the settings on the game and it's on I even checked my phone and still no sound

I think my app is broken…
I think I broke my app cuz every level I’ve tried has atleast 40,000 to 50,000 points u have to get along with the other stuff & im not even coming close to meeting this but it’s near impossible in some levels just cuz of their layout. Is that right ?

One of my favorite games, but since I updated the game shuts down before you can complete the round and when you can finally get it back up you’ve lost your life. No lives left and haven’t gotten to complete a single life yet! WAY TO RUIN A GREAT GAME!!

I’ve been a loyal player for years, but since their last “stability fix” the game has glitches & NONE of the support/help links work!!! I’m SO frustrated!
1. The link to the Leaderboard is now missing
2. After I watch the ad to get a Lucky Spin the wheel just sits there
3. When I select a game & watch the video for a free power up, none is given, it just returns to
the game level screen
4. None of the support/help links work in the App or App Store so there are ZERO options to get help…NOT COOL!

I love this game and have been playing it for a very long time. When it’s fixed I will give you 5 stars
Great game! No progression?
The gameplay itself is fun, but progression does not exist. Which makes the game feel pointless. There are hundreds of levels, but you already have access to them. You’re meant to earn suns, but you already have all of them. What’s the point of playing? Why not offer users the ability to start over, especially when I am supposed to be in the 40’s, but I can already play level 1,000. Seems counterintuitive and makes me feel like I’m literally wasting my time.

Impossible d’avoir les bonus, les vidéos ne démarrent pas, reste bloqué. Je dois redémarrer le jeu pour continuer.
Too hard
I used to love playing this game until I got to a level that I simply could not pass no matter what. They give you about 10 moves and you have to have five different things happen including an eight or nine letter word. That’s ridiculous. I’ll be deleting this.

Jouer avec les mots, c’est un merveilleux passe temps, et me concernant je l’ai utilisé pour apprendre à mes petits enfants que l’orthographe ça peut être très drôle, et que les fautes peuvent finalement être utilisées pour découvrir d’autres mots, apprendre c’est est un jeu de patience et de rires....

It’s been over 4 years since new levels have been added to this app. Can we please get some new puzzles? I would like to update my rating from 3 stars to more but…
Best spelling game there is. Please update.
If more people knew to play this, the ratings would reflect how fun and challenging this is. Anyone who likes Scrabble games will love this!

Good game… until
This was a great game and I have really enjoyed playing it until I got to level 74 and I have been stuck on it for ages. It is just about impossible to pass with only 17 moves. Has anyone else found this level extremely difficult?would be a good option to give more free stars I think.
