Food was good but needed more clarity on eating with children before hand in a clear and concise language that families can make better decisions. Food was good but we like a bit more spice; perhaps this can be an option for guest/diners in the future.
App to safari for menu selection.
The app looks good but it takes a while to order as the app takes you out of it to safari to then use the menu to order instead of it being just on the app taking less time. And when ordering cocktails I was looking at getting two different cocktails for the 2 for £13 offer but I received 2 drinks of each as it wasn’t specified you can only get one cocktail the same as part of the offer.

Got over charged on my food should have been £16.60 and charged £25.00 did not notice till I got home
Great food poor service!
On arrival told I had not booked said I had the asked if I booked the right day.
Showed confirmation email.
Just got a shrug of the shoulders attitude stank and this was front of house manager.
Waitress wanted to clear plates while we were still eating.
A pity as food was great.
Will not go back to this venue in Torquay.

Too noisy
The food was great, but the music was too loud and you can’t hear the staff speak or enjoy a conversation.
We couldn’t wait to leave.

Half term visit
Your food just isn’t cooked with any inspiration. The food has no flavour and it was an all around poor experience. Not been to your restaurant in years and won’t be rushing back. Take some pride in your dishes. Wahaca made me realise just how poor your place is

Annoying notification
App is ok, I’d won a free cocktail after playing a game but then the code disappeared never to be seen again.
Also there is an annoying red 1 to say I have a notification but it is nowhere to be found on the app anywhere.

Had a fantastic experience at Las Iguanas! The food was full of flavour and beautifully presented, with plenty of great options to choose from. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel really looked after. Everything came out promptly and tasted amazing. Definitely a place I’d recommend for great Latin-inspired food and a fun dining experience — I’ll be back!

Way too expensive! Lunch for 2 ended up as £50 for one curry, one halloumi and one quesadillas portion. Won’t be back

I booked a table for the family on Christmas Eve, unlimited tapas. The food was delicious but it was the staff who made this extra special and a great a start to Christmas. A huge thank you to you all and merry Christmas
