Tried accessing to check when my annual payment is due, instead of asking staff. Member since 2000, submitted all required info, no luck. Deleted the app, not worth my time.
Scam artists
I paid for a one year membership in advance. I’m a veteran. I didn’t expect to get screwed over but after one year they didn’t even warn me they would charge me anything. Additionally, I just thought my membership would be over and then I get hit with the $65 charge so I pay it and I’ll never go back.

Leaderboard is a joke
The top leaders on the leaderboard are either bots or controlled by hackers. The activity points they earn are humanly impossible. Tech support does nothing and I doubt their tech support is even real.
Frustrating
Every update the app goes more and more downhill. Glitches consistently, really annoying and frustrating to use even for simple things like tracking workouts.
Broken features
I didn’t have issues with the app before. The new look of it is great, but now when I select an exercise, it doesn’t remember what sets, reps, and weight I did last time I did that exercise, unless I’m using a template, which I don’t always do. The old app did do this. Please fix it!
