2FA Broken
Was never able to log in after setting up my account. After entering the 2FA code, the keyboard persists and I can’t access the button to log in. At least I think that’s what it is. I can only see the shadow behind the keyboard and their code monkeys can’t grasp the concept of scroll because not everyone has a phone the size of a Kindle. It’s a typical government shlock job awarded to the lowest bidder. 100% useless.

App isn’t even functional
I tried downloading this for the first time to try and get started setting up appointments and just generally review my information. The first thing that pops up when you open the app is the mandatory pin creation screen but when i try to enter a pin the keyboard doesn’t even pull up. My phone is in great condition and the screen works fine. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and nothing works. I literally can’t even sign in.

Can’t have more than one person medical card on app
I can only put one person in here , I would like to see my kids information too , usually ppl who have medicaid has house hold members like their kids who also have it and I can’t add their benefits in to see their information as well as mines

There is a glitch when I try to make a pin code . When I hit the first space to enter a number the keyboard pops up and disappears before I can enter a number. Tried reinstalling, no luck at all.
App isn’t functional
The very first prompt to create a pin will not work, opens my keyboard for a millisecond then immediately closes it. My screen isn’t faulty and I’ve tried restarting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting my phone. Nothing works. Other reviews also appear to be having a horrible time with this application. I hope they address this and put some time into this app or just remove it.
