Awful app update
Now you can ONLY login using a phone number -yup, no email or your own password- to then receive a text with a code to the phone number which you finally get to type on the app… good luck for us clients getting text spams now. Great for database scrapping… Who approved a budget for this awful app update?

Disappointed- Very limited
The app is very limited, easier to just call the stores.
Difficult to book an appointment with multiple treatment area. It can’t show me how many sessions are available from my package.
Upcoming appointments don’t show details of treatment area. “LHR, LHR, LHR” doesn’t tell me anything when I am booking multiple sessions a few weeks out.
Make it easy for me to use my packages.

Impossible to book an appointment
Impossible to book any appointment. Hardly any information or account history. Waste of time. Absolutely worthless.

It would be nice to have an accurate display of purchased product, also ability to schedule your own appointments.
The app adds no value and you still have to call or come in to confirm your appointment. Most likely they cancel your app scheduling or it’s booked for 2 months out.
Walk in, and they can take you in any day- poor quality.

Scheduling could be made easier
It should allow me to look at a calendar view of all the locations in Manhattan to see which location has the soonest availability

Chat feature not working with update
The chat feature no longer works once the app update came through. The button is still there to select chat, but no pop up comes up when trying to select it and open chat. It shows me clicking it, but will not populate the pop up. This is the main feature I use in the app, please fix, I need to chat!

This never works. I can’t find any support, and there’s very little useful information available.
You’re essentially locking in over $3,000 a year upfront with no interest or meaningful benefits in return. You give them money to for their personal invest. This should be illegal! There’s no way to track when you last visited, and updates on past treatments are delayed or incomplete. The overall quality feels poor for something positioned as a premium service.
The “Chat with us” function lags or doesn’t work at all. Points through Resy are inconsistent or never show up, and logging in is unreliable.
Overall, the experience feels outdated and frustrating.

Hard to Book
The app is terrible for booking appointments which is really the 1 thing it should be good at. It does not show full calendar of availability, only a few days a month away and a few times for each. You can’t scroll or pick specific dates from a calendar. So bad.
Just call, don’t bother with app
The app has been so unreliable. While it looks nice and navigates smoothly, it is not trustworthy. The chatbot will convince you that it has helped schedule or cancel an appointment, but it does not work. I have shown up to a made up appointment because it assured me it had been confirmed. My fault for trusting a bot.
The app will also let you schedule services that are not even available. So have fun when you get to your appointment and they let you know they do not offer a certain service. No one bothered to call or email me to let me know during the two weeks the appointment had been booked. Not my fault. Great looking app, but not worth the hassle.

Customer Service and Staff
From the first day I worked into the Winter Park location, I felt welcomed, seen, and heard. The staff are always understanding and accommodating. This I know for a fact because there have been multiple occasions that due to logistics, I’ve been unable to keep my appointments. Either I’ve been allowed to cancel and/or reschedule without issues. Because these issues are often beyond my control, I appreciate the team working with me. I have NO DESIRE to visit any other location at the moment. Thank you!
