I haven’t been able to purchase from my phone in years because the app won’t let me add things to my cart or glitches at checkout. Try using my browser and it won’t allow it with the app installed. Stick to the website.

I started using these when I was on a trip to Los Angeles. I had them in my luggage and I thought why don’t I give them a try? This is probably more than four years ago. No regrets, they were so easy to start using. I don’t know why I didn’t start it right away. At first, I was a little intimidated by the box and the wand and then I looked at a couple videos and I thought I can do this. Oh my gosh, it made a whole difference on my face ! And my life !

auto subscriptions
I went online as a returning customer just to purchase a couple of items and automatically got put into subscription when I tried to cancel it. It’s still charging my card.

I’ve been using band lashes and glue for years and they always looked fake. Also could never get the corner to stay down. I was nervous to try lashify until a coworker told me about it. Not gonna lie it’s so easy! It takes time to do it but once done they are set! I’ve gotten a good solid week with them holding. I don’t need to go longer because I like to take a break over the weekend if I’m not going out! I will never go back to band lashes. Also I tried a cheaper brand and they irritated my eyes. I’ve used lashify now for a month and no irritation!

Illogical App
LOVE the lashes but the app is terrible. Navigation is odd, can’t get to your cart by clicking on Cart or my Bag. No logic to the browsing. Sorry but had to say it when I’ve spent 20 minutes trying to edit my cart and the review request pops up.
Lashes for Life!
The OG DIY Lashes I will never live without! And Korean Bondage! I’ve tried others but they are just not the same. Started wearing them in 2018 because of developing allergies to mascara. I will never be without! Lashify for life!❤️❤️❤️
Holy grail
I have always used mascara because I have not found the perfect lashes. When I first tried LASHIFY I immediately fell in love. My favorite is starburst and tulip. Both of them are my holy Grails. They look like they are your real lashes! I always get compliments on my lashes♥️
Used to love
The bond is not the same you won’t get more than one night out of them. I found ones on Amazon for $10 that last at least two days and that’s during sleep and nothing came off fall for it until they really actually figure it out and stop bullying people online who bring up the fact that these lashes are not working as good as they used to.

Subscription
I have been using Lashify lashes for almost three years. Love them. I have also been a subscriber. It USED TO BE so easy to swap things in and out of my monthly box. Now, it’s so difficult to JUST ADD a product to my box. I don’t understand the changes in access to our subscription boxes. Also, the Member X membership, why aren’t the memberships in tiers, offering certain products, or extra products each month (for example), instead of requiring a separate membership for access to certain specials. The lashes are GREAT. This subscription thing is very confusing, not user friendly.

App keeps freezing and I can not modify my cart. Also would be nice to have filters for fineness and curl of lash
Great product, awful app
I’ve been using this product for years and won’t use anything else. These are THE lashes. That being said, this app is a terrible user experience. It’s glitchy, slow and hard to navigate. I’ve never been able to update my subscription without contacting the support team. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and no improvement. It’s a shame because I order monthly but it’s a hassle every single time.
