What's New in LastRep

2.6.1

September 8, 2026

Meet Plato. He is a 45 pound plate, he is roughly 2,400 years old, and he now explains the app so you don't have to read a manual. Log a session on any past day. Tap the day on the calendar and log it there — or copy your last session onto it in one tap. Logging got faster. Use Targets fills every set with the coach's numbers in one tap, Repeat Last copies your previous session, and the sheet stays open so your next exercise is one tap away. A rest timer starts on its own. Next walks between fields. Undo brings back a session you deleted by mistake. PRs now count the way lifting actually works. Same weight for one more rep is a PR. So are push-ups and pull-ups, and cardio. Streaks are saved, so changing your goal no longer erases them. Form check covers six more lifts, including Front Raise, Lunges, Bulgarian Split Squat and Lat Pulldown. Bar-path scoring no longer penalizes lifts that are supposed to travel, like kettlebell swings and curls. A question mark button on every screen explains that page and lets you send a request straight to the person who builds this. Fixes: weights typed with a comma decimal now save correctly, a double tap on Save no longer duplicates a session, and the app no longer logs to yesterday if you leave it open overnight.
