Can’t even use it
I just downloaded and the authentication sends a letter code but the app only allows for numerical input. Help!
Outdated and not user friendly
This is by far the worst bank app I’ve used. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a big step from when they didn’t have an app, but this isn’t any better. You can’t see your own account number or statements, external transfers don’t work, no Zelle availability. No card control feature. Can’t open a new account or apply for a loan within the app at all. I am begging you to use the same servicer as ICCU/STCU/P1FCU,etc

Face ID is broken
App works well, only complaint is that Face ID stopped working so now I have to login manually.
