Overcharge and worst customer service
I paid to be able to change flight. Spent 2 days and 6 hours. Wanted to charge me 447$ to change flight. Then charged me to change seats. I had no choice so I paid. I wish I could speak to a manager with Latam but???

Lost return information

Worst customer service
Missed our connection due to slow baggage check in. Did not rebook us on the next available flight. Had us step aside for hours. Getting information on the next steps was difficult.

What is the point of the app if it won’t let you update your reservation or seats? Useless

I can’t log in on the app I have reset my password but when pressing log in option it buffers and resets to unpressed again
Log-in a nightmare
Once I am in the App it is okay. Getting there is another story. Each and every time attempting to open the app it require two-factor authentication. A little slow, but not a massive big deal. Unfortunately, in my home country and abroad, the SMS nor what’s app authentication codes get delivered (well once every three or four times). Email usually works.
If I need to go back to select another method, I cannot login again and have to close the app. After re-entering my password the app stalls and won’t take me to the two factor authentication choices.
Eventually it will sometimes work, sometimes not. This is a very poor experience when trying to get information, in the moment, about delays and cancellations at the airport.

Inútil al punto de contraproducente.
No puedo sacar tarjeta, me cambian de asiento deapués de habrrlea oagado por uno.
Me conran extra por ticket cambiable pero ni el app ni website dejan cambiarlo.
Realmente inútil el app y todo lo que sea online con estos tipos.

Not a passenger friendly app
Very clunky, too many steps for simple things, even if you spend 1000s you still cannot get a seat before travelling with paying more.
