Great app. Make it so easy to install and manage Latch devices
I use the app all the time to manage my Latch devices
Used to work great but not any more
When I first started at my property 14 months ago, the Latch Manager app worked great for updating doors. Over the last 2 or 3 months, updating doors takes forever. When you click the "Update" button it will only let you do 1 door without backing out, refreshing the app, and going back in. Not sure what changed but it takes forever now when I have to update all 152 apartment doors. What used to be a couple hours work now takes more than 1 work day to accomplish. I would also add that it would be much more helpful for all the door names/numbers to be in alphabetical order on the "Door Updates" page.

Poor usability is a bug
Fonts are huge. My own username disappeared from the list of users so I couldn’t add keys. Updating a lock gives a red complete text. I expected a green text.

My Apartment switched to latch had my door open fours ,bugs fly in and out ..crappy..I can’t use my phone .please don’t buy any of these crap

Nothing But Problems
Installed over 50 R series Readers... Half will not update firmware.... I get the red screen of death. Tech support says ohh it must be your phone connection... I tried several different iPhone and it still did not work on half the readers.
