Worst! Never works properly hate this stupid app!
About as bad as everyone makes it out to be
Constant login requests. Take a few minutes to even get in the apartment now, rather just use a physical key/keycard if I had the choice
Edit - also, emails coming from them show up with a warning in outlook “we can’t verify that this email came from the sender so it might not be safe” which I’ve only ever seen come up on phishing emails?

App does not work
I tried to sign in the app because my campus uses this app to open doors and it said to login with my school account and I put the exact login and it does not work. I get an error message saying wrong email or password. I tried multiple passwords I use and none of them worked. I tried resetting the password with an email and the email never came to my inbox.

Terrible app
Keeps logging me out every few times I use it.
Needs improvement
The app seems to be having trouble all the time. It logged me out every time I close the app and I have to log back in when I’m sitting at the door. When it does work, there are no labels on the door so I have to guess which store it is. Definitely needs to improve.
