App does not work

I tried to sign in the app because my campus uses this app to open doors and it said to login with my school account and I put the exact login and it does not work. I get an error message saying wrong email or password. I tried multiple passwords I use and none of them worked. I tried resetting the password with an email and the email never came to my inbox.

Terrible app

Keeps logging me out every few times I use it.

Needs improvement

The app seems to be having trouble all the time. It logged me out every time I close the app and I have to log back in when I’m sitting at the door. When it does work, there are no labels on the door so I have to guess which store it is. Definitely needs to improve.

Constant Sign in Prompts

The app works well enough regarding its primary function. However, every time the app is closed and reopens, it asks for me to sign in again. A hassle, but not too challenging. But there’s no Face ID log in for this app. So I have to manually put in my credentials every time I open the app from close. Very frustrating.

Shockingly TERRIBLE!!

How is this app so bad??? This is the first review I leave for an app after being on iOS for 20 years….. This app is so broken. The sign in process is terrible and it constantly prompts you. You will find yourself standing outside a common area lock while carrying things and trying to go through their 20 required steps just to log in. The trying to find the lock you need to open. It would be great if you could tap your phone to open or at least have TRUE face ID instant login to the app not a redirect to a mobile site to enter credentials!

P.S. I work in the tech industry… This is not user error, this is a horrible app.

Look at how solid Open Path or several other apps are. You have to step up your QA game with your dev team!
