Recent update has complicated things massively
This app IS very useful and I’ve been using it for a few years now but the last update seemed to change things that really didn’t need changing. It used to be so easy to use. Click your social media profile, hold down on the calendar for when you want the post to go out, add your post, done. There it is on your calendar. You could then either copy that post with the date and time over to your other pages if needed, or tap over to the next profile at the top to do it manually. Now it’s way more complicated, because if you click the next social media page you have to go back through and untick all the others otherwise your calendars all start to merge together for some reason which makes things quite confusing. Can’t just click between them now to see the separate calendars. Copying posts over doesn’t seem to work fully anymore because you still have to then go through manually add the dates and times for each post even if you made the original post by holding down on the calendar, so this ends up taking so much longer. Even for the original post, holding down on the calendar seems like a pointless feature now because you still have to go in and add the date and time. Don’t want to switch to another app because this one has always been so easy and reliable. So this isn’t a complaint as such, it’s usually perfect. Just some constructive criticism so hopefully helps. Thank you

Needs updating
The app is cool I didn’t want to automate the payment method so I paid automatically cause Apple Pay is not allowed and also the stories on the app is not allow on mobile only reels and post which removes the necessity of this tool wouldn’t recommend personally will take Plann by linktreee is far more organized

Total scam!!
They will charge you even if you cancel your subscription and won’t even refund you! Got charged over $200, contacted them right away and they pretended that they don’t do refunds, as per their terms of service. Run away as fast as you can! This company is a real scam.
Bad service no notice scam
They never sent no notification and charge you right away and claim it’s non refundable after the payment it’s processed
Glitchy
Won’t connect Facebook, and claims instagram is not connected to my Facebook but it certainly is. Free trial only includes 1 social set and I was able to connect tiktok, but I don’t want to pay $50 for the ability to include 3 social media platforms when it wouldn’t connect to any of the ones I use. Maybe after paying it will start working.

They make it very difficult to cancel
They make it very difficult to cancel and the chat bot was telling me to select things that didn’t exist. Misleading and a really poor way to get customers to stay.
Abusive and dishonest
This app is dishonest — be very careful with your account information and payments. Our company cancelled its annual subscription last year and requested a refund or some other form of compensation, as we hadn’t used Later for a long time. However, the refund was denied because the payment had already been processed. We can understand that, even if it wasn't very businesslike. But this year, they charged us again for a one-year subscription! Over $400! It's abusive, dishonest and intolerable. You need to know this.

Do not sign up to this!
They will lock you into a subscription with no way to cancel if you’re on mobile or iPad, the only way to change your subscription is to use desktop, but if you travel like myself you have no way to cancel. The customer service is awful and they give no prior warning to subscription renewals. Avoid at all costs, there is plenty better schedulers out there.

I keep getting error codes
Expensive! Remember to unsubscribe or else you get hit with a hefty bill and difficult to cancel.
My Instagram feed will not load I keep having to log in and refresh and get errors codes. This should not be happening I paid for this!

Does not connect to social media
Complete BS! It can’t connect to social media accounts. It only allows you to login to facebook and you need to have your instagram ay linked to Facebook. Even if it is linked, IT STILL WONT CONNECT!!!!!
Productivity on 100
It’s really helped me to batch and store content! The only thing i wish i could do is add music , create covers for IG and Tik Tok,

Glitch with selecting cover photo
There is a glitch when selecting a cover photo it just says remove media and try again and then after you remove it and then add it back and then select cover photo it’ll act like it’s allowing you to select a cover photo but then it goes straight back to your media section and then you have to start the whole entire post over again

So many problems
I am so done with this app. I’ve emailed them no less than 5 times over the months to fix my “best time to post” feature because I’m a paid subscriber and it wasn’t working. The latest time is on 12/2 when Support responded and told me that the feature is no longer available on iOS and only on Desktop. I checked on desktop and the feature gave me no best time to post today, and the following day times were between 1 am and 2 am.
Beyond this, Later doesn’t keep up with IG updates - for example it still says you can’t upload more than 10 photos at a time.
Beyond this, you can’t preview a post like a normal Instagram post, you have to click on each individual photo and go down the line.
I’m not sure the point of this app, it’s a lot of play pretend. I canceled my subscription today.

Can’t Schedule Reel On Mobile
Uploaded vertical reel for FB, IG, TK, and TY. When using the the media, it will just tell me “Operation Couldn’t Be Completed (56 error 911)
Worst platform we’ve ever used.
Riddle with UI problems and horrible business practices. We left.
Doesn’t save time & takes forever to upload
This app needs a lot of work. Takes forever to upload content, doesn’t allow you to upload cover photo, takes over 30 min to plan a post. Causes more frustration than relief.
DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM
I have never had issues with a platform the way that I have had with Later. It is glitchy, and their customer service team should be ashamed of themselves. I notified them right away that I needed to cancel my subscription & they still charged me anyways.
DO NOT bother with this platform use Planoly or Meta Business Suite instead.

Doesn’t work and terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible experience. The Later app is poor quality. every time I uploaded photos or videos through it, they became pixelated and low-resolution once posted to my social media. I canceled my subscription on the same day it was set to renew, and they still charged me, refusing to issue a refund. Super disappointing and unprofessional. Do not recommend
