After purchasing I can’t use the app because no codes were sent. Waste of $26.25 for my grandson

I can’t even get the code to paste. But it only offers numbers, not letters to manually enter the code and you need both. Terrible.
Trash app
Got this for buying a discount from my kids school. Must complete account information to activate but the app auto deletes anything you try to type. Total scam and trash. Shame on this company for ripping off the schools. Class action anyone?
Best. App. Ever
Where else can you use a BOGO free every single day of the year for a low annual subscription? Nowhere! I emailed Support and they got back to me right away. Great app!
Waste of $
Tried to help out a young boys football team and bought 2 of these after just one use all the places on the app disappeared. Asked for support got none. Don’t waste your money or time
App not working
No one answers at customer service: would like to use my coupons/discounts. Frustrated. Everyone is having issues right now on iPhone.
Terrible app!
Do not download this, wasted my time. Whenever I would navigate across the app, I pressed on certain button and it keeps on kicking me out of the entire thing! The sign in is absolutely ridiculous and doesn't even make sense. I even tried to re-download it again and it was just useless.
Terrible fund raiser
Bought 2 coupon books for my local highschool. Absolutely terrible app. Will never get tricked into using or buying this to support ANYTHING! Buyer beware!
Won’t let me complete account
I have used this app for 3 years now for a local high school fundraiser. It has been finicky in the past but this year I haven’t been able to use the app due to my email already in use. Which obviously it’s my account, and the verification code says has been used already as well. So I paid $100 for coupons that I can not access.

Not user friendly
I can’t get signed in. It only allows me to “close” and not submit. I’ve started over several times now. I guess I just made a $25 donation for nothing.
Non honoring
Some vendors do not accept launch back even if the address is correct the manager of Subway told me he would not accept the coupon.
Not what I expected.
It is asking for more money to renew. I paid 25.00 for the card already. Not paying another 25.00 to get more discounts
Worst app ever
In my case it doesn’t even let you hit enter after you put number in so you can activate. It’s a shame
App screen does not scroll down
After asking for my mobile number, the App would not allow me to scroll down to confirm the entry.
App is worthless
Can’t activate new card. Tells me my account is locked. Can’t reset it.
App terrible
Try to login for first time and tells me account is locked. App is terrible. I’m not sitting on the phone to try and get it too work. Geez!
Not as advertised
The discounts on the app do not align at all with the solicitation that I received. The solicitation had things I’d actually use. The app does not have any of those items. The solicitation clearly was developed by Launch Back and does not match what is digitally available. I bought several to give as gifts and support my athlete. Such a major disappointment. Not worth the energy or time. Next time I’ll just give my athlete cash that he can give to his team and bypass this app altogether. Things should match up so the credibility of the kid asking for support is not diminished. Sad to take advantage of children this way.

This application does no good if you can’t get into it. Have had this problem a few times. It wants me to complete my registration, which I have already completed, so it says that my email is already in use. When I call the contact number it never has anyone available. When I email, it sends an we'll get back to you message.
