Easiest workout app with the best workouts I've found

I've not done anything quite like the Launchpad workouts that give me enough rest, are more diverse and dynamic, and easier to follow while in the gym than any app I've tried. The home and gym options adjust my workouts easily to what I have available any given day. And there's just no clutter.
