They do not respond to messages about missing laundry items.
Extremely poor laundry service
The guy who picked up the laundry assured us that they read care labels - this was in response to our question how they will separate items requiring dry cleaning from wash as he put all the clothes in a couple of bags without separating items. Needless to say they completed messed up the laundry - and washed everything. Our clothes come back several sizes smaller. To add insult to injury, they couldn’t be bothered to even iron/press the shirts properly.
