Ugg another waste
Wow, you can’t even get to point of entering the server details. They need to just have a LaView name and list the comparable device in the name. Because you have to try everything to realize that nothing works. What a pointless app.
Working greatly for past 7 years
I can real-timely monitoring all my cameras from within my house and abroad. It works either way ASUS seamlessly. However iPhone ios18 update obviously breaks it Today. Even though I can still monitor all cameras, all other functionality malfunctions. Either Laview Net app team or Apple needs to fix it soon.

Doesn’t work with iPhone
I have used this for several years. Now that I have iOS 18.1 it does not seem to work.
App no longer works on iPhone 16
Rarely had issues with this app. Got the new iPhone 16 and now the app shows live view only.
No more remote playback at all, just a white blank screen where I used to input date, time and cameras I wanted to view.

UPDATE
For those of us who have invested in these cameras for safety the least that can be done is UPDATING on this app!!!!! Now it doesn’t let you switch from WiFi to 5G view. Just blank.
Use to work well
This app worked well with my LaView nvr but recently has lost functionality. Landscape mode does not work nor remote playback. It’s a shame it was a good app for my security cameras.

Garbage
Pure garbage. App rarely works! Stops working just when you need it. Regretting my purchase of this garbage and should have gone with some well known brands from Costco or Sam’s.
Class action lawsuit
It all makes sense now while you’re rates and reviews are low. This is disgusting. I had someone breaking into my house and my security camera. I can’t even log into it the system it’s just disgusting. I don’t recommend this for anyone and laview ❗️❗️❗️i don’t care if you banned me. I have legal representation.❗️❗️❗️❗️

not working after updating to iOS 17
when I go to look at a certain camera, it throws it to the main screen of the phone. please fix this bug

App not supporting IOS 17. Cameras not working. Honor your product and fix this ASAP.
App unresponsive
Since my device was upgraded to iOS 17 version the app does not work as expected. I can sign in into P2P but the device never loads, the app stays loading (with the spinning animation) and never shows my NVR or cameras. So, basically the app is useless. My guess is that it needs to be rebuilt with the updated libraries for the new iOS version. The developer needs to handle this and test it properly so the end users can keep using their devices. The end game can be users get mad by the frustration and decide the replace all equipment and stop using “laview” completely.

App doesn’t work anymore
The cameras seem to work just fine but now the app doesn’t load or let us log in anymore. It looks like 4 years since any update and when we removed the app and redownloaded it nothing was solved.
No longer works / supported.
This app no longer works. Additionally the company is no longer supporting remote viewing. Garbage.
Worst App
Worst app and worst company. Only way to get in contact with them is via email. Don’t waste your money on this system.
App don’t work
The App does not work well. Cameras have good photo quality the problem being they don’t always work. Disappointed and will be needing to purchase another camera brand.
Stopped Working
Suddenly stopped loading cams. Error most likely in App. Cameras are viewable via Smart TV, but app no longer loading cameras. Last App upgrade 4 years ago, not likely that they are going to update their apps any longer. Seems all LaView apps are out of date and have no app support what-so-ever. Probably will switch back to ring, where they have no issues in keeping up to date.

Only work some of the time
The app only works some of the time. The cameras work fine, but the app requires you to login so often and doesn’t show the cameras half the time. The android version of this app works a lot better.

All of a sudden I can no longer log in and it just keeps ‘trying to load’. The cameras are great. The app is very much lacking. I can’t view my cameras away from home. That’s kind of the point of the app no?
NO LONGER FUNCTIONAL; Use LaView Connect
Earlier this month I found that my LaView Net app would no longer connect to my camera system after functioning fairly well for three years. After jumping through all of the reset hoops, I finally got a response from LaView Support. It appears that the LaView Net app is no longer supported. You’ll need to delete the app from your device and download the LaView Connect app. Once you have that up and running, all you have to do is sign in to your account and select your NVR. You’ll also need to remember the “verification code” that you created when you set up your system initially.
The new app works, but is different from the original app. The new app is designed for managing a series of independent wireless cameras, but at least it works.
