Wow, what a useless portal

Kinetic won’t let me just log in to the website to pay my bill, just directs me to this app that does nothing but sit on the loading screen

Let people use the web browser instead of redirecting to this dumb app

All it does is take you to a blank screen and freeze.

Insanely poor service that forced me to load this app that won’t access my accounts. Go figure from the worst rated internet provider ever.
