Don’t get this app
This app is horrible. The soft phone almost never works. This means if I want to make a call, it’s coming from my personal number. If I wanted to use my personal number, why would I use an app?

The business app has not been working for the past 2 months or so. Every time I click on it comes up with a black screen. When it did work it was convenient.

Online Assistance
I called for assistance to pay my bill online, and was so fortunate to get Ms. Shonda Hall to help me navigate the website!! She was so professional and patient with me, because I had difficulty with password entry several times! I appreciate her willingness to work with me in achieving my goal of paying my bill online! She’s such a sweet lady, and I hope Kinetic knows what a valuable asset she is to the company!
