Connected Devices
Connected devices is always blank , it used to show all devices connected and I could pause them , that function doesn’t work, shows 34 devices connected but it doesn’t show any devices listed .
Can’t open app
App will not open. Screens keep going back and forth between the log in screen and the “please download the Go Kinetic mobile app” screen. Please fix this bug.
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
GoKinetic is the worst, slimiest, and down right garbage company I’ve ever had to deal with. My partner and I have moved and have been trying to cancel our account for months. We’ve talked to multiple people over the last couple months who keep telling us they’ll “take care of our account” and cancel service but it is never canceled. We keep getting BS charges while not even having a router or modem set up. As well we were told to keep the equipment with no explanation and not follow our orders to cancel the account. They make it impossible to cancel and will BLATANTLY IGNORE your request to end service.
