Terrible
Most the time the desired option has to be selected multiple times before the system proceeds. If your business is extremely slow and you only have a couple customers every 30 minutes or so, I suppose it would be fine.

I do have it. Worst app ever. They have very good customer service , 10 out of 10 but app is garbage. Don’t waste your time and money.

We need to interface with Quick Books. We love this system and so user friendly. Reports are awesome and tech service is outstanding.

True 24/7 Support
I’ve never called and there wasn’t someone to help within 2-3 minutes max. Most times with zero wait time.
It’s been really slow and continues to crash.
The app crashes often in the middle of the day, and takes a really long time to process a payment. Please fix the performance issue…

The app has so many functions that half are all set for you and the other

Appreciation so slow
We updated ios and lavu already but still slow when we try to make an orders or anything in app.
Tyro
We have been promised that we would be able to pair our tyro system “eftpos machine” and after a year wait nothing has been done. Disappointing

Getting started is really easy and support from the Lavu team has been great too.
Poor support and lies about functionality
This POS sells itself so well but the reality is awful. Inventory management doesn’t work. Support is slow and ineffective. The backend is catastrophic and the reports terrible.
Mostly good, but basic flaws
OK, if your user interface designers want square image icons on iPhone but rectangular image icons on iPads (which seems reasonable), YOUR DEVELOPERS HAVE TO KNOW HOW TO CROP/MASK THE IMAGES SO THEY AREN'T STRETCHED. I don’t want my product images looking contorted!
And why are the images so low resolution? I’ve got this beautiful Apple hardware with these terrible, blurry, stretched product images. I hope my online ordering customers don’t see this. My brand reputation is very important to me. This is marketing 101. Please fix this ASAP.

Loving the new version!
I recently updated to the new version. It’s a very nice and a lot easier to navigate. Highly recommended.

Set up still should call a register it is still a terminal terminal
