Best all around CRM!!
I’ve used Lawn Buddy for about a year now, and I have nothing but great things to say! I’ve tried multiple CRMs in the past and none of them checked all the boxes….until Lawn Buddy. I love that Lawn Buddy is specific to my industry! They also have the best customer service - every time I call the representatives are kind, happy, and very helpful; they always have an answer to my questions. We have everything in one place now because we have this app - employee time sheets, customer info, invoices, payments on file, route optimization, and so so much more!! If you’re needing a CRM for your lawn care company, this is the one for sure. 10/10 recommend!

great app
everything works great on this app and keeps the work going smoothly through the week. i wish that they would had a search bar for names on the work screen so you can easily look up your client but besides that great app would recommend
Glitchy
The route will not stay uploaded for my employees it goes back to alphabetical order . I have contacted support they did not get back to me . I had to put every employee as an admin just so they could see the jobs posted . I would set a route and next thing I know it would either optimize with what it thought was best and change my route or unroute and there would be no route set lots of issues and bugs!! I will be switching support is no help .

Not worth it
I had high hopes for this app but it’s super basic and very expensive. There’s software not even 10% more that has EVERYTHING this app doesn’t. Have to delete it

Constant flaws and issues. Dependability and reliability continue to get worse. Absolutely do not depend on this to operate your business!!

Best CRM
Lawn Buddy is an excellent CRM platform for any landscaper. From the time I first signed on throughout every process and daily use of this app. The customer service is out of the world. They are very professional, friendly, and are always happy to help.
Steven, the CEO, has created an excellent platform and will do very well if they continue with the great customer service, etc. We highly recommend this software. It is very user-friendly and affordable. They are continuing to grow and adding more features that will allow them to excel beyond all other CRM! Keep up the good work!

Literally won’t let me finish setting up my account it Froze in the same spot every time I tried to finish it
Yearly Discount is false
So I’m switching to a new app and thought I’d try this one and this one for standard says 12/month or pay for a year for $140 but says save 30% by paying yearly. It doesn’t save you 30% by paying yearly. It saves you a measly $4.00. Don’t advertise on the app to save 30% if it’s not really 30%. If it was it would be a savings of $43.20. Not hard to do math. Lies

App needs work
Maybe I’ll check in again in another year or 2 to see how the app has come along. Maybe the UI is smoother on desktop, but I’m a 1 man biz that needs something on the go that will save time and not cost me any by flipping thru a bunch of unnecessary taps and pages and dealing with bugs.
Also, I like my iPhone text set to large, and this app is a mess with large text setting to the point that it’s unusable unless I go into my settings and shrink text back to default. I’m not doing that. No other apps have this problem that I have run across. I take it this app doesn’t support ‘Dynamic Type’ correctly or something.
All in all, I’m sure it works fine for some, and I respect what the company is trying to do here, but it’s just not a finished product for me.

Great app!
Really helped me organize, plan my work days, and easily send invoices.
No trial, limited to account generation
Trying to see if the app is right for my lawn care business, only to find out features are behind a paywall. Tried researching on their website only to find out you need to apply for a demo. Let me have a trial period so I can see if the routing alone is worth it.
DONT USE WILL RIP YOU OFF
Even after canceling my subscription they still charged me. Customer service is a joke.
Awesome app
It has been a great CRM for my wife and I. With us running our small company it has been great to send invoices and estimates. They Lawn buddy team is great to work with and will take care or help with any problem you may have!
Great software & even better team to work with
LB has been a major asset for my company since I started with them 2 seasons ago. I own a fertilization & weed control company with 800 customers and LB has been a smooth, easy transition. They continue to make upgrades regularly and are a perfect fit for my team.
One stop shop
This product has been a game changer for us. It helps us route. It helps us keep track of jobs on our upcoming schedule without having to worry about someone remembering. but the biggest most valuable thing with this software product is the team behind it! they have always gone the extra mile to help build new things that we think may help the software. And those things they don’t know about that only us guys do we bring them allows them to better product even more.

Great app and tool for established lawn care businesses. Great tool to for managing the back of house work, invoicing and scheduling. Before Lawn Buddy, I spent 20-30 hours per week chasing invoices and scheduling work. Now I spend maybe 2-3 hours per week on these tasks.

Fantastic system
I have been using Lawnbuddy for about 2.5 years now and I’m very pleased with the layout and the security of the cards that gets sent thru for my customers to pay the invoice it’s a well secured system and if I have any issues or questions Steven and Ellie is a phone call away so I have to thank them for always answering my questions but if your looking for a good system to do everything invoice, schedule and more call and talk to a customer service representative or talk to CEO STEVEN he is always there for his customers day or night
