Loving it

Loving the vibe check and all the small check in’s

Title: Didn’t think this was “for me” but I’m glad I tried

I’ve never really used anything for mental health before. But something about this one felt easy to try. It’s simple, not overwhelming, and helped me understand what I was feeling without using big words or making me feel weird about it. Honestly surprised how much it helped me slow down and think differently.

Finally, an app that gets it.

Not gonna lie, this app came through. Sometimes my brain’s just… loud. And Laya helps me pause, check in, and breathe. I love how I can check in with how I’m feeling, reframe spiraling thoughts, and even play quick games that actually help my brain chill. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to feel a little lighter every day.

Way more fun than those serious self-help apps

Tried this mental health app on a whim and I’m actually hooked. It’s not preachy or boring, feels like it gets how our brains jump around. Super quick and still helps you reset your thoughts when you’re spiraling.

So Helpful and Unique

I have never seen an app like this before, and it is so useful and engaging! I’ve been using it constantly!

Very helpful

I tried the app for the first time, and having tried other mental health apps, Laya is easy, quick tasks and is more interactive than others. The relaxing techniques are short and easy to direct. The app also helps you focus on the triggers and prompts better solution than what you are capable of in a certain stressed mental space.

Fast. Chill. Actually helpful.

Most apps take forever to explain things or make you do 10 steps. This one’s different. You just open it, do a short vibe check, and it kind of nudges you into a better mindset without making it a big deal. Super aesthetic too. Like therapy-lite, but cooler.
