Terrible App
Forces you to put in all your personal information just to send the order through doordash for in person pickup and doesn’t attach your name.
App Won’t Open
I redeemed an Astro Points bonus for completing a review. I had 15 minutes to use it and the app wouldn’t open. Disappointing and frustrating.

Excellent service! We enjoyed the food and hospitality. Very reasonably priced, and the food is incredibly tasty.
App has issue
We have been eating at Layne’s since the 1990s. We were excited to see them come to Lampasas.
The app has about as many issues as the Lampasas Texas store.. neither one of them works quite right. The employees at the store aren’t able to help and they’re also unwilling to. Have a manager or call you to try to fix problems. Too bad because we really like the food.

this app sucks
it was fine for a bit, i actually got a free meal using the app once, but the issue recently arose where i literally cannot launch the app anymore. sucks because the reward points r actually quite useful but it just gets stuck at loading now sooooooo fix ur app guys

The chicken is OK. It doesn't really have that much flavor. The fries are good and I really like the toast. The cheese curds are in abomination, I don't even know why they call them that. They are disgusting, do not order them. The app is absolutely terrible and there's no excuse for it because it's really easy to have a decent functioning app at this point in time. You can't even order directly through them and there's some note about how you can't earn or redeem rewards points, I'm not sure which one because they just say "apply" points because they make you order through DoorDash. The app says that they have vitamin water and powered but they don't tell you which flavors which is really ridiculous because there are so many. You can be logged in and when you try to order it tells you you need to login again so you login again and then it tells you that it created a new account for you. But you already had an account and you were already logged into it. It's pretty ridiculous

Don’t even bother
Here’s something to know. If you don’t need an app, don’t make one. This app is booty. It’s slow, doesn’t remember information, doesn’t save your points let alone GIVE you points from ordering online. Told me the wait was going to be 13-23 mins honey no it does not take that long. Don’t get this app it’s buns.

I’ve made several orders using the Layne’s app but I haven’t earned a single point. So, I don’t care how much my wife loves your chicken I’m not giving this app anymore stars until I start earning some points. This app is LAYME!!!

Doesn't let you order food
Really just DoorDash, defective app
The app actually links to door dash… meaning all items are about 30% more expensive than if you ordered in the store, even if you pick it up form the store. The app is really just a defective version of DoorDash for only Laynes. Good chicken, defective and misleading app.
Food great appsuks
The food is absolutely delicious, great, worth waiting in long line for. The app is everything opposite of what i just said app is absolutely atrocious, disappointing, worth the wait if it was to hang myself (ok probably too much) but you get the point, most of people today order ahead from app because of rewards and so its not wrong this app will hurt their business if not fixed because like me people will go elsewhere im at restaurant 2 doors down just because the app will not work
