Dishonest App
I’ve had several poor items delivered but the straw that broke the camels back was… received table once I opened the wrapping found the table was damaged badly… I requested return, I got the run around from supplier and so then posted dispute.. my claim was rejected and the reasons posted were false.. now out of pocket over 800 peso. Lazada is a dishonest platform that dosent care about buyers… stay clear of Kazada. Many Filipinos will tell you this.

Bargains galore!!
Another fab app full of everything you need at amazing prices. Yes there are pop ups and games but you can just ignore them. When you can get such great deals, who cares?! Yes delivery is longer than Amazon, but when you’re saving so much money, who cares?! Will definitely keep using.
Useful, but the gamification ruins it
I guess a large minority of people really fall for all this casino-like “coin” stuff, and ruin it for the rest of us who just need to get a few items for the house.
The app is just infuriating to use. They also try to trick you into giving a 5 star review, which is very dishonest.
