Before Paratransit I had to depend on family & friends for all my transportation needs. It was rather stressful always wondering if someone would come through. All of my trips except 2 have been solo, but I enjoyed meeting the other passengers.

Yesterday the bus was so late and it was fixing something and I had to call the trip Loudoun County Transit office to. My phone was about to die lol plus it was like taking forever no tax or nothing so anyway that what is my waiting forever Buss but I hope it comes like every day and it still does.

This app is horrible
You’ll never get to work onto with this app.
App is quite helpful
The process for getting it connected is a little confusing. But once connected it works very nicely. You can track path of the bus as it makes its way towards you. It’s not as accurate as Uber, but certainly acceptable.
