Not good anymore
It first it was coming from 15 to 30 minutes but now it takes from 30 to 55 minutes.
And now when I request a ride it says your search was not successful after a 10 try it find a ride

Well I just took my 3rd on demand trip and I will say that the drivers were doing this . Look at how great is is to wake up 10 min before work /and feel successful
It’s great for what it is but should be better
I have been able to save time I’m on my commute but parts of the app are annoying to deal with. Ride eta is completely out of wack. Some times they show up at requested times other times it’s really late and scheduling in advance does nothing to fix that which is stupid. It’s almost like you shouldn’t use that feature or at least not the intuitive way someone would think to use it. Bus drivers are great. The app overestimates time of arrival to end point many times. Sometimes it really should be a more intuitive service. Like ask a driver directly where they’re going if you’re waiting on app and then get a ride if available. Like idk it’s stupid it should be easier to use. It’s annoying to select exact stop. If I type loudoun gateway it should be loudoun gateway. Idk I hope they add more cars and operators because the service has too long of etas sometimes
