Unbelievably Disfunctional
This is the worst app I have on my devices. Cannot find anything, not updated with products, will not hold my preferred store and the information on the site is not correct. Ex. The app says there are no Italian Cabernet Sauv’s and I am drinking one now. The LCBO used to be a great organization but something has happened - stores poorly managed, staff often unhelpful, shelves poorly stocked, selections or availability of wines (x-US) is worse than before we correctly banned US wines from our stores. Time for a little competition!

don’t waste your time on this app can’t sign in , cant pay if you use guest check out. says error with adresse when using apple pay even tho I use it every day and tells you to check with your service provider. yeah not like it your terrible apps fault nahhhh
Cart function is useless
Can’t click on my cart at all, can’t see what I’ve added or access my cart in any way at all.

Such a useless app. Only lets you search your nearest store so you can’t see if there’s a product at another store nearby. It used to. Also, no customized lists.
useless maps
The app is OK for just seeing what’s available in general but when you try to find out where it’s stocked locally using the open in maps link, it’s completely useless because it just lists ALL of the locations in your area not the ones that actually have the product in stock.
also, if you change your home store or preferred store, it doesn’t remember the last thing you were browsing so you have to redo all of your searching and browsing and filters

A Shame We Can't give Zero Stars
Every time I use this I have to update it before I can even open it. Which is a pain when I'm on cellular data or have to log into wifi.
Honestly, that's just an amateur policy decision. Very few applications force mandatory updating before opening the app. And seriously, LCBO, you're not so important as to warrant this. It's a freaking inventory checking app. If the big e-commerce apps can run without forcing update Every. Freaking. Time. why should you?
I've always been a fan of the LCBO. Stores in convenient locations, well stocked, attractive, and knowledgeable staff. Your app is twice as bad as your stores are good.

Difficult to use
I’m doing a restaurant business in Toronto. I have to use lcbo app to check which locations have the alcohol that I need in stock. But it’s very difficult to use, many times when I place an order to the location and they did not receive my order! Please fix it anytime soon. Thank you
Slow; terrible search
This is one of the slowest-loading apps I have. And, when it opens there are always notices to click through—the same ones each time! The Search function does not combine words, but includes results with each word in it. Furthermore the search ignores the category I’ve selected. Terrible!!
App doesn’t load

Annoyingly slow
This stupid thing almost always takes a long time to load, and searches are so sluggish, it almost seems as if someone is manually intercepting and rekeying them in the back-end!! 😒

When scanning bottles, rarely works. Frustrating every time!!
Good but one additional feature would make it great
This app is great for managing my favourite wines, ordering wine and seeing stock. My only wish is that for the favourites it would let me make notes about the product so I can differentiate them in my memory (like a personal, non public review). If it had this it would be the best!
Does NOT remember nearby stores
When I look up a product not in my home store, it ALWAYS takes me to downtown Toronto - 70 km away. Why can’t the mobile remember something close to my chosen “My Store”?
App won’t work… again
This takes forever to load… if it loads at all. Once loaded you’re greeted with ads and warnings?!?
Can’t order a bottle of port
Tried ordering a bottle of port.
The quantity + button doesn’t work. If you hit the add to cart button a window pops up saying quantity is 0.

Wrong Location
When I open the app it picks a store location at Queen’s Quay in TO when I live in Caledon. I have location selected for this app but it still doesn’t select the one closest to me. I have precise location selected when using the app. When I select other location it gives me the LCBO store 20 minutes away instead of the one 10 minutes away which is where I shop. With the millions of $s LCBO has you think it would have a perfect app!!!

Not functioning
Lately this app isn’t working; despite of having both wifi and cellular connection it always tells me it is not connected to the network. Cannot seem to be able to use the app anymore.
Why bother?
What is the point of having an app if it doesn’t work even close to properly.
Wrong Priorities
I hate this app. I can not stand having to declare my preferred store first. If I want a particular wine I want to know if it is available. Then, I will find out who has it- usually not at my preferred store and then I decide if I can find it locally
