About

LCR Ops helps a bishopric run the ward without the notebook. Agendas, callings, sacrament meeting planning and follow-ups live in one place your whole bishopric shares, on iPhone, iPad and the web. MEETINGS • Bishopric and ward council agendas with sections your ward sets up • Sacrament meeting planning: speakers, prayers, music and announcements • Meeting history you can search by year, month or topic CALLINGS AND MEMBERS • Track callings from proposed to sustained and set apart • Look up any member and see their calling at a glance • A checklist of changes that still need to be entered in LCR PRAYERS AND CALENDAR • See who has and hasn't been asked to pray recently and assign prayers • Ward calendar that includes the Church calendar events you choose TO-DOS, NOTES AND LIBRARY • To-dos for each leader, with reminders on your phone • Private personal notes only you can see • A ward Library for handbooks, links and shared ward logins, kept in an encrypted vault HOW TO GET IT LCR Ops is free for any ward or branch. A member of your bishopric requests it at lcrops.com, then invites the other leaders. Sign in with the account your bishopric set up for you. PRIVACY Member information is entered by your ward's leaders. LCR Ops doesn't connect to Church systems, doesn't store ordinance dates or temple recommend details, and has no ads or tracking. LCR Ops is an independent app made by Ventiq LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

What's New in LCR Ops

1.0.3

• Every page opens in full, the same as the website, and the app starts on your Dashboard. • Auto theme turns dark after dusk. Tasks are now called To-dos. • Notes and Report-a-problem buttons on every page. • Callings: board columns named for what each calling is waiting on, people can hold more than one calling, a calling turns Active once set apart, and whoever extends a call gets a to-do. • Meetings can repeat on your ward's own schedule (for example youth council on the 3rd Sunday), set in Settings → Meetings. • Sacrament meeting: recognition, a monthly conducting schedule, speaker topics, a custom presiding option, and a note on any section. • Page headers, search and filter bars stay in view as you scroll.
