DON’T GET THIS APP. IT’S BAD

This GREEDY APP wants you to spend money to get lessons. You can’t even play happy birthday and instead get a bad easy version. This app wants money and doesn’t even hide it! It did it with over instruments like flute. SO I DON’T RECKON TO GET APP.

Tuning problem I broke me d string

When I was tuning the app wouldn’t work and it kept telling the wrong information like my d needed to be tightened I don’t know what the strings exactly sound like but in the process it just snapped my d string if I could I would give it 0 stars I do not recommend getting the app also every time you open the app it asks you to pay for a subscription

Not worth it

I broke two strings while the whole time the timer was telling me tighten it even more. I can’t even get back in to cancel my subscription. I guess I’ll just have to contest the payment with my credit card. Don’t get this

Hello, Thanks for your feedback 😊 The free trial, price, duration, and subscription terms are shown directly in the App Store before confirmation and must be approved there. A charge can only happen if the subscription was actively confirmed. If a subscription is not canceled after the trial period, it renews automatically. That is why a payment can be charged multiple times as long as the subscription remains active. You can cancel it yourself in the App Store or directly in the tonestro app. We’d be happy if you contact us so we can help you further — and of course we’d be very happy about an upgrade to 5*****! 😊

I’d like to request a refund

I would like to request a refund for my purchase of this app. I bought it hoping it would be helpful for my son, but is turned out to be a poor fit for him. If you check the usage logs, you will see that it was only used on the day of download and has not been used since.

Heavily Disappointed

It was my first day playing the violin again after 10 years. I want to play something nice and easy. I downloaded this app thinking it could help. I was immediately bombarded with signing up for their subscription services. Once I passed through it I listened to their intro videos and got to my first “lesson”. I tried playing along but nothing was being picked up. I tried everything to only figure out the app is a scam. Not only doesn’t it desperately ask for your money it also asked for a review immediately after I initially opened the app.

This is not the first-day experience we want, especially when returning to violin after a long break. tonestro does offer free ways to start: free songs in the song library, the first lesson of the first course, and the Weekly Challenge are free. If nothing was picked up while playing, please contact us at support@tonestro.com with your device model and User ID so we can check microphone/note recognition. We’ll also review the timing of the review prompt and how clearly we guide beginners into suitable first pieces.

Problème avec l’achat de l’abonnement

Je n’ai pas encore vraiment utilisé l’application car il faut que je change une corde, mais j’ai quand même payé l’abonnement pour 12 mois, sauf que je ne vois pas dans les paramètres de l’application comme quoi j’ai bien payé et ça me Demande à chaque fois de payer alors que j’ai quand même fait une deuxième fois donc j’aimerais bien comprendre ce qui se passe avec votre application Problème
