Great app but wish it had writing as well on the side-if it is a bird then it should show spelling

Meiner Tochter (6) hat es sehr geholfen einen Einstieg in die französische Sprache zu bekommen. Parallel dazu habe ich angefangen außerhalb der Wohnung Französisch zu sprechen. Natürlich nur wenn es passt und wenn sie es will. Sie hat so spielend einen Wortschatz aufgebaut. Begonnen haben wir am 30.11.2026 mittlerweile kann ich in vielen (regelmäßig wiederholenden) Situationen, in einfachem Französisch sprechen. Sie antworten inzwischen öfters auf Französisch mit 1-3 Wort Sätzen. Man darf keine wider Erwarten, aber ich bereue keinen Cent.

We absolutely love Studycat! My daughter started using it when she had just turned two, and now at 2½ years old she’s able to work through it surprisingly well. It’s been amazing to watch how much she’s learned in such a short time.
One of my favorite parts is that it’s not just teaching her through games—it has helped her learn her alphabet and even begin writing her letters. The lessons are engaging, age-appropriate, and keep her excited to learn without feeling overwhelmed.
If you’re looking for a fun, educational app for a young toddler, I highly recommend giving Studycat a try. It’s been a wonderful addition to our homeschool routine!

I’m learning with my Grandson he thinks it cool that I’m using the app. He keeps checking my progress to stay ahead of me.
No support, especially from Apple (UPDATED REVIEW)
UPDATE:
Studycat was able to reimburse me, so they were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Apple still has to get its act together. I can’t give more than 3 stars, because we still do not know how effective it is as a supplemental aid in learning French. I can update again after we try it for a longer period of time.

Hate to do this, but after emailing StudyCat because I did not want to do a full year subscription, never got an email like Amazon or Spotify saying “your free trial is about to end”, and being told I had to request a refund through Apple, they make it impossible to talk to a real person. I went through the Apple link to make a request on day 7 (charged the morning of the 7th day, when I should’ve truly been charged the afternoon, since I signed up for study cat the afternoon of the first day) , and it doesn’t show up as eligible to request. No email, no phone number to contact someone. I was going to look into signing up for a month to see how/if my kids learned well with the supplemental app, but now I don’t even want to try it!
