Hello. I downloaded the app on Monday, June 3 through the AppFinder app. I downloaded the app, completed the onboarding and selected the lifetime subscription for free. I tried to use the app this evening, however, I was required to redo the onboarding process and the free lifetime subscription was no longer available. Could you help me access the app? Thank you.

Fun way to learn Spanish
I’ve tried many methods to learn Spanish but this one has been the easiest to stick with.

was delighted to download this free via a promotion to find it does nothing
does nothing but display a blank page. highly disappointed by this apparent trick to con people into downloading to boost the developers’ rankings. will be deleting if this issue continues.
Edit: developers never bothered to respond so I wasn’t granted my lifetime premium as promised & it’s been months. So it turned out to be a con. Don’t supported developers who cheat people to boost their download numbers. This app is worth less than 0. I wonder what goes thru their f minds putting a serial killer as their app icon then complaining about a 18+ rating?

Content is working and is high quality!
Update #4 YAY, access to content has been restored/promotion honored. The content is actually of very high quality. Great, clear voices with dialogue to read along with. There is a pause button and there are opportunities to hear phrases at a slower rate of speech for easier understanding. I would like to see some kind of quiz mode to test knowledge, but I really like the content. It says you can sign up for video content, and I have (through Apple), but I don’t see it yet in my email. I am looking forward to it!
Update #3 - the app now works again…BUT the lifetime is full priced and NOT UNLOCKED for me. Please unlock it for me as I attempted to unlock it TWICE during promotional periods but due to errors on your app’s end it would not. I will update my review once this has been fixed. Thanks.
I downloaded this on two different occasions during TWO different free lifetime promotional offers, with the same results- NO lifetime offer was achieved. After updating the app this last time to try again (which by the way just adds promotional ads), the app is literally FROZEN and just says loading, but never actually allows you to view or access any actual material other than the page where you add your name and (optional phone number, um yes, at least you get that), or get to any page with pricing so you can select the $0.00 they advertised via AppAdvice. Deleting and reinstalling the app does not help, the process for onboarding is blocked/ the screen just loads perpetually. They do, however, interestingly enough, let you click on to a tab to access the page with their promotional ads for Facebook and for signing up for Zoom for free lessons though. How interesting that the app describes lessons that aren’t in any way, shape, or form viewable or accessible within this app.

Works now that the subscription price is back.
I can now get through the boarding questions now, Yay! But I still won’t use it, because the link to AppAdvice has now expired, and I’m expected to pay $129 for something I would have received for free just a few days ago. So I’m still not really happy with your app, and I’m sure there are many like me. Thank you.

Great app
Repeating various conversations before and after the teacher is extremely helpful as well as the ability to repeat the full lesson as much as one needs to become comfortable with conversation is great!
Price tag error?
Hi, I got this app during your “free life-time subscription” campaign, and it was showing 0 dollar when I clicked. And I checked my profile subscription, it showed 0 dollar. But right now under profile, it was showing $129.99. I hope it’s just a glitch and not a SCAM. I don’t want to be charged $129.99. Should I just stop using your APP?

Having tried multiple Spanish learning apps, this program has possibilities, I love the way it works, if they can ever iron out all the glitches it could be one of the best I have used, and I have tried many!
Without the glitches, I would have rated it higher, as with the glitches it’s very frustrating. Another issue is that I have to keep logging in, most likely due to frequent updating, but very frustrating as there is no feature to enable the program to continue from the point where you left off. You have to constantly try to figure out where you ended your last training session!

Big problem with app
I downloaded this app yet I couldn’t get through the onboarding to get the lifetime version for free today through AppAdvice. The app just kept freezing.
Can’t even create an account
App is so bad that I can’t even get through the initial 5 questions to set up an account. The app randomly freezes on certain questions. When I try restarting the app, the same happens. If the app cannot even go through the initial questions to setup an account, I have 0 confidence that it can teach me Spanish.

Can’t get past onboard boarding.
Tried several times to load and use. This was offered through AppAdvice with free lifetime use. Can’t get past the question of how much time a person wants to spend learning daily. I tried to Delete and retry and it still won’t finish loading.

Can’t even complete onboarding
I downloaded the app but I can’t complete onboarding. I get to question 2 about how did I hear about the app, but no matter what option I pick when I hit continue nothing happens. I have iPhone 13 Pro on iOS 18.6.2 and same problem on iPad Pro on 17.7.10. App version 1.6.7
