Useless “All Accounts” cannot be hidden/removed
Called into LFCU to see if this useless thing that doesn’t “math” correctly be hidden or removed. Was told by the first person there NOTHING that could be done about it and was more interested in hanging up than providing service. Finally spoke to someone else and I don’t know of anything was actually done or they were just patronizing me. That useless thing is*STILL* there. This will be a 1 ⭐️ review until it’s removed. Also considering other credit unions in the area…

New app is awesome!
You can always be hesitant when your financial institution changes their online banking platform. In this case, it was a great upgrade. And updated the functionality at customer likes in the 2020’s.
New update is awful
Love attempting to sign in with the same username and password that I have written down, just to get it “wrong”and get locked out of my account after 5 try’s, literally updated to set me up for failure I’d love to meet the brain dead specimen that though this update was a good idea.

LFCU is always up with today’s game and is always improving.
Great Update
The prior app was more to see balances and most of the things were done on the website or by calling in. This new app offers features that help do it yourself. I think the upgrade was needed but as well exceeded expectations. So far, so good. Great job LFCU.
Best all around financial institution
I personally use a credit union over a bank for all my financial needs. And as a treasurer for a local club, I’m moving their accounts to this credit union. Best place for service, rates, and staff. They will thank me later!
Ease
Have been a customer who prefers personal interaction at the bank branch. However, the ease of use of the app helps me keep track and accomplish tasks efficiently. I can still go in from time to time as well.
Basic and crappy
Basic crappy app bank could have more put into it but just like than bank itself it’s minimalist
Wont let me log in
I have an auto loan with them. I created an account on their website and am able to log in just fine. However the mobile app will not let me log in with the correct working credentials. It works on the website. But the app tells me my credentials are wrong.
Could Be Better
For starters, the names too long, should simply be “LFCU Mobile”
1.) Needs more options for customer support
2.) You should be able to name and rename accounts, create and delete accounts.
3.) Needs more options for transferring money in and out, virtually.
4.) You should also be able to find your direct deposit information, account numbers and such rather easily but I find that to be kinda hard
5.) Also, one of my biggest concerns/peeves are that the settings aren’t useful at all. If I want to change my username, password etc. I feel that the settings should give you that option.
Not a need but a suggestion, our debit cards should be compatible with Apple Pay almost instantly.
Also, I feel that the app is too plain and boring, it could use a better intro/loading screen. Same as the Home Screen for when you’re already signed in.

The application is good, but I’m wondering is there advertisements running while your on the app. Maybe the developers can get rid of this.

I’m tired of being in the middle of my bank statement and getting logged out need more time for crying out loud!!!!!!!
