Sim sperre
Sperren trotz teuerem Tarif zuerst meine esim für meine Apple Watch, hab versucht online ein neues sim Profil dann zu bekommen, hat auch nicht richtig geklappt, hatte dann auf einmal 2 esim Profile, musste dann die teure Hotline anrufen bin da auch nicht ganz zum Erfolg gekommen, bei den sogenannten Agenten, 1 Tag später war meine esim im Handy gesperrt. Es ist keine Zahlung offen, trotzdem alle simkarten gesperrt und keiner kann mir sagen warum. Service ist das nicht am Telefon. Lebara würd ich nicht weiterempfohlen.

A Good Service for frequent visitors
I travel to Switzerland regularly. It is essential to have a phone number here for many reasons. Using a Lebara SIM card I am able to keep my Swiss number consistently. I prefer the top up, pay as you go but they have many sales that allow different options.

The app is full of bugs. The balance takes minutes to show and then on top ups keeps reloading and charging my credit card
Totally needs debugging and support
This app needs way more support. Yesterday it froze and I can’t even get it to refresh now. The bugs are many and it needs to be updated for working better with the new iPhone versions. I recommend that Lebara puts some funds to having someone in house. The features for support also are limited for prepaid in English. Perhaps it’s better in German .

Crashed
Just tried to top up using a credit card but it crashed when verifying the payment, the screen went white and then kicked me out.
Merkt sich Login nicht mehr
Seit dem Update ist die App nicht nur langsamer und unzuverlässiger, sie merkt sich ich die Login Daten nicht mehr, sodass man jedesmal mühsam Telefonnummer und Passwort braucht, wenn man die App öffnet- bitte beim nächsten Update eine Merkfunktion oder Touch ID schalten.
Login Problems
Asks for my mobile number on login and then texts me a code to type in. I type in this code and it links me back to the beginning again!!! So frustrating.. having problems since the new IOS update for iphone...
plötzlich kein Zugriff mehr
von heute auf Morgen funktioniert das login nicht mehr. es wird ständig nach der Telefonnummer gefragt und nachdem man den Code eingegeben hat, wird wieder die Tel Nummer abgefragt. Sehr nervig
