Sim sperre

Sperren trotz teuerem Tarif zuerst meine esim für meine Apple Watch, hab versucht online ein neues sim Profil dann zu bekommen, hat auch nicht richtig geklappt, hatte dann auf einmal 2 esim Profile, musste dann die teure Hotline anrufen bin da auch nicht ganz zum Erfolg gekommen, bei den sogenannten Agenten, 1 Tag später war meine esim im Handy gesperrt. Es ist keine Zahlung offen, trotzdem alle simkarten gesperrt und keiner kann mir sagen warum. Service ist das nicht am Telefon. Lebara würd ich nicht weiterempfohlen.

A Good Service for frequent visitors

I travel to Switzerland regularly. It is essential to have a phone number here for many reasons. Using a Lebara SIM card I am able to keep my Swiss number consistently. I prefer the top up, pay as you go but they have many sales that allow different options.

The app is full of bugs. The balance takes minutes to show and then on top ups keeps reloading and charging my credit card
