Beware! Inaccurate information and poor charging!
Very poor experience! BEWARE! I rented a power bank and it only charged my phone from 4% to 50%, at a very slow speed (only for 10 watts). I then tried to return the power bank but there was nowhere to return it! I spent over an hour randomly walking around and visited SIX PLACES that LecToGo had on the map as places to return it, but when I went to these places the return station did not exist, and the staff had never heard of ElecToGo! I wasted an hour of my time trying to return it and they charged me for that hour, even though it ran out of power after the first hour!!! Tried to contact support but there seems to be no way to speak to a human. There’s no contact details, just an AI bot. BEWARE! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! AVOID!!!
