Beware! Inaccurate information and poor charging!
Very poor experience! BEWARE! I rented a power bank and it only charged my phone from 4% to 50%, at a very slow speed (only for 10 watts). I then tried to return the power bank but there was nowhere to return it! I spent over an hour randomly walking around and visited SIX PLACES that LecToGo had on the map as places to return it, but when I went to these places the return station did not exist, and the staff had never heard of ElecToGo! I wasted an hour of my time trying to return it and they charged me for that hour, even though it ran out of power after the first hour!!! Tried to contact support but there seems to be no way to speak to a human. There’s no contact details, just an AI bot. BEWARE! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! AVOID!!!

Excellent Addition to Modern Day Technology
On Stockholm, Sweden so using my phone a-lot to navigate the city/sites. Found myself in a bar with 9% battery left and forgot my charger lead. This saved my iPhone battery and let me carry on my night without a hitch.

The app was hard to use and I couldn't see a powerbank "pop up" in the dimly lit restaurant I was in (also I wasn't wearing my glasses at the time) so I accidentally borrowed two because I thought it didn't go through the first time. Next day I was charged 30 euros for not "returning" the "first" powerbank I used. Now they won't refund me my money since it was never returned - but I never even took the powerbank out of the charging station it was in! How could it be "not returned" when I never even took it in the first place? I don't get it -- and I'm being charged 30 euros for something a clearer UI and borrowing process could have prevented! Please, change the system that it's clearer when a powerbank has been activated from the app. Do not recommend.

Works great in Stockholm!
I charged my iPhone from 5% to 100% in less than 30 minutes while I was walking around in Gamla Stan. Highly recommended.

Always seem to forget to charge my phone! Love this charger - it’s portable and easy to use. Also, should have mentioned its incredibly cheap. They should be charging more when it’s 2:00am and you need an uber home.

Great app, downloaded and used in a whim when I needed to quickly find somewhere I could get a drink AND charge my phone.
Interface is super easy and I could very quickly check if this app had a place nearby using the map. the process was smooth as well. The quality of the docking stations and power packs was also really good. Only reason I give it four stars is because it could still get some more locations!

Great app and idea
Made great use of the app whilst in Sweden. Phone died and needed to recharge to contact my friends. Saved my trip some serious headaches. 10/10 would recommend!
