Good app, but the updates!
I find the navigation on the app really good. It is missing some of the features on the desktop, but I don't miss them much. That's what the desktop app is for. The thing that kills this app is the updates. In two years, I think I've had to update the app more than 80 times. I can't think of any other app that even comes close to being this high maintenance. it’s now asking for a text message confirmation every single time I log onto the mobile app. What a grind.

Great, but…
Been banking with Ledyard for over 7 years now and the online banking has always been great. I would give a 5 star but recently the two factor authentication will not remember my device for some reason, and when asked about why, Ledyard’s response was “that’s just the system.” Would be a 5 star if I didn’t have to verify my phone every single time I login.
