Good app, but the updates!
I find the navigation on the app really good. It is missing some of the features on the desktop, but I don't miss them much. That's what the desktop app is for. The thing that kills this app is the updates. In two years, I think I've had to update the app more than 80 times. I can't think of any other app that even comes close to being this high maintenance. it’s now asking for a text message confirmation every single time I log onto the mobile app. What a grind.

Great, but…
Been banking with Ledyard for over 7 years now and the online banking has always been great. I would give a 5 star but recently the two factor authentication will not remember my device for some reason, and when asked about why, Ledyard’s response was “that’s just the system.” Would be a 5 star if I didn’t have to verify my phone every single time I login.

Bug- remember this device
I have personal and business log ins, and have to log in separately to manage them. For each time, I get the prompt to “remember this device.” It keeps giving me this extra step during log in no matter what i choose. “Remember this device?” No. “Ok, I’ll ask again next time.” Yes. “Ok, I won’t remember and will ask again next time.”

mobile capture is horrific
kept trying to deposit check and it kept saying it couldn’t find the endorsement even though the check was signed. stick to bank that can actually develop an app.

I have been using this app for several years . This version is dismal. For the second time in two weeks I am told that instead of logging in I am being told I had not logged out and now have to log in. It is hung up can’t go in either direction.

Is there any update for when the app will be fixed? It’s very frustrating that it takes 15 minutes just to check my balance
Bill pay
I’ve used this app for several years on my iPad, but recently it won’t let me use Pay My Bills. I get a message that I am blocking cookies but cookie blocking is turned off in my settings. Is this a new, nonfunctional update?
Dreadful
Ridiculous background color options! Why no white background option? The site is virtually unreadable-text too small, low contrast and confusing back-and-forth to find anything. A site should be easy to read, not express a developer’s view. This site fails.
Needs to be updated
Would be great to be able to deposit checks using this app. The option is there, but when I try to do it from being logged into the app, I get a notice saying “you must be logged into our app to deposit checks.” :-|
Better than last version, but needs work
I will note that this version is much better than previous versions, but the check deposit feature complains that it must be on a mobile device (which it is). In general I am not a fan of the 2000’s style interface either (I suggest React-Native, as it works much better cross platform)

Interface is old, can’t use photo check feature, missing finger print log in, password reset feature is inconvenient with phone call
