Not able to login as your app is asking for 16 digit IMEI but have 15 digit only and also in your images also you have shown 15 digit only , plz help with same

Giao diện đăng nhập để phần Điều khoản nằm tít phía dưới, màn hình iphone 7plus chỉ hiển thị đến ô đăng nhập bằng Google thôi, thành ra khi chọn đăng nhập bằng Google thì app báo chưa tick ô Đã đọc điều khoản, mà có tick được đâu???? Nằm ở tít dưới không bấm được thì sao mà tick Đã đọc được????

Sudden log out and no support from the developer
After 1 month using the app, I was log out with the notification “ session time out”. I cannot log in again, even I used the “Forgot” function to retrieve the password. The app notified that my email did not exist. I mailed to the support team but no response.

App no longer connecting to watch due to server connection error, can not even log into it which makes watch useless. Please fix the bug.

The app just stopped to work and can't reach the server, therefore you can't do anything with it - can't create an account, can't reset my password etc.
